![]() Please keep this secret to yourselves & your close friends. If too many people are marketing cream, then nobody will purchase your cream. ![]() Steel is such a great, quick sell solely because of the 1-min wait time.) Time-Indefinite materials are ones best for leaving in factories as you exit the game. (While you are going around upgrading/doing other errands, plop a bunch of steel in your factories & sell those ASAP. Time-bound materials are ones that I would only recommend as you are actively playing the game. The 2 tables to the right of the main material data tells you in sequential order what materials are best to sell. There is no other material that even comes close relative to the profit/time from analyzing the final results. You can load up every empty space in your factories as you're leaving the game, & that will give you a free $440 per space. It requires just 1 animal product & yields $2200 for a 5-stack of the stuff. I did some accounting mathematics using a spreadsheet to find the most spatially/timely profitable materials, & the final answer will shock you: click here to see the spreadsheet! I took into account the max price for the item in the depot, how many factory spaces of raw material each item costs, the compounded time to get from start to finish, & then calculated a price/(space-time) ratio as well as a price/space ratio to find the best items in each case. (& in the shortest time possible ideally.) Instead, one should be able to get the most money out of every factory space possible dedicated to a certain raw/commercial material. While that seems enticing, it takes ~8 hours & 21 factory spaces to make just 1 burger from start to finish. I see a lot of people online sell stacks of 5 burgers/pizzas/etc. What's the most money you can make selling materials in the trade depot on SimCity BuildIt? At what point do I start to waste time & resources in order to get money? I wanted to solve these questions so that I can just easily load up raw materials & sell whatever product to get the most money.
